Article XXVI is modified as follows:


A. Tuition benefits shall be available for courses leading to "qualification in a field in which work is currently performed within AECOM or leading to a degree" in a field related to work performed at AECOM, whether or not represented in the
1199 bargaining unit ("Unit').

B. AECOM agrees to fund the tuition benefits of the Unit each year of the four years in an amount equal to one-half percent (.5%) of gross pay. To administer these benefits in an orderly manner and ensure that Employees have full access to the tuition, the parties shall keep a rolling account of the Unit's tuition expenses and the cumulative collective bargaining revenue obligation. and "true-up" the four year expenses and revenues at the end of the Agreement. The parties shall credit or carryover any revenue shortfall/ excess in the tuition benefit in the terms of their successor agreement. To facilitate oversight, parties shall establish a Tuition Committee composed of three representatives from labor and management, which shall meet periodically to review performance.

C. Employees after one year of employment will receive a reimbursement of 25% of covered tuition costs.

 

Employees after two years of employment will receive a reimbursement of 50% of covered tuition costs.

 

Employees after three years of employment will receive a reimbursement of 75% of covered tuition costs.

 

Employees after four years of service will receive 100% of covered tuition costs.
